Seeking Home with Nebraska land to rent; may include land/herd Management

My family raises grass-fed beef, dairy goats, and free-range chickens. I personally have experience with small-scale management of cattle and lots of riding/training horses. We are looking at the possibility of move to the beautiful land of Nebraska all the way from South Carolina, but with the economy the way it is, we would not be able to purchase land with a house until our land down here sells, so our current livestock would have nowhere to stay. We're looking to settle somewhere between Omaha and Blair, Nebraska, or at least within reasonable driving distance of Blair. We would need a place which would have space for our own livestock (only a few head of cattle, a dozen chickens to start, a few goats, and one ranch horse), and a house sizable enough for a family of five. Is there a market which I could research which might offer rental arrangements for farm/ranch houses while my family could have the option to manage the land attached? Maybe some other forums where I could make connections with farmers/ranchers of Nebraska? If I could find places to research this online, or locations where I can stop and ask in person when I visit, I would be oh so thankful! ~ Lisa
